Verizon fios - Horrible Customer Service
Dvr Box - Fios - Complaint
HOBOKEN, NEW JERSEY -- Been trying to get my DVR TV fixed for over a week. Was sent a new box which was installed and now after 24 hours I am having the same problem. TV freezes and then loses all channel availability. I am currently on the phone for over ONE HOUR and still waiting. I actually have 2 phone calls holding at once. This is the worse I have ever seen in all my time of ever dealing with a utility/cable/phone company. Where can I go to get some satisfaction. As you can see I am bored of holding so I decided to make my time useful by emailing them on the Verizon.com site as well as posting on any and all forums I can find. No one should have to wait this long for a service they are paying over $150 a month for.
