I HATE Global Tel link's phone service! My fiance is incarcerated at Belmont correctional institution, and every freakin time he calls, I get disconnected at least five times before I can get through!!!! I have lost so many calls, and sent emails regarding the dropped calls, and still haven't received my money back!!! they charge wayyyyyy to damn much money to just be able to take peoples money and not returning it when we aren't able to use the ENTIRE phone call.. It's sad enough you only get to talk for 15 freakin minutes! I am going to start a petition that will eventually FORCE Global Tel link to be held accountable for lost money on dropped calls. I can't wait til he gets home.. I will never deal with this corrupt company EVER a fing gin!!!!
