HILLIARD, OHIO -- Installation has been a nightmare - We purchased our pool in February and were told we would be one of the first on the list to have the pool installed. The pool was not delivered until May, when we purchased the pool we were told we would have it in 2 weeks. We called back after the 2 week time frame and they still did not have it. We were not concerned until months went by and it was time to start installations. Then we find out they do not have the pool yet and we cannot be added to the installation list until we have taken delivery of the pool.

After complaining we finally received our pool. Our first installation date was cancelled because the crew needed another day to finish up an installation they had already started, we were told of the cancellation after 11am on the day scheduled. One day off work taken. We are rescheduled and the crew arrives they are very nice and are taking their time on the installation. The machine they use to check that the ground is level was not working so they left for the day. We said we will see you tomorrow morning, but no they have other jobs scheduled and we will have to wait 5 days for them to come back to complete. Would I recommend this company to anyone????? NO!!!!!!!!

We finally spoke with a manager and they are no help - once they have your money they could care less about their customers. Our $4,000 would have been much better spent with another company. Don't make the same major mistake we did.
