Starbucks Coffee - Poor Customer Service
While getting my starbucsk card from my wallet I placed my cell phone on the counter. while there 3 containers of milk were spilled over it by employee. phone was dryed off and seemed to work ok. was told by Verizon that what got inside will cause problems. whick I experience a week later. returned to the store and advised the manager. (they were made aware of the spilling the day it occurred). I was told that they (the manager ) would look into it and let me know what they could do. 3 weeks later phone is doing mmor strange things and I have not heard from the manager or district manager. so I went and checked with the manager and was informed "oh I have to call 1-800-23latte" we do not have funds to cover that. Great that was in April and here it is middle of May. I have sent the phone to Seattle the Corp office and they are still jerking me around. all I want is to have the phone replaced. I have spent one hour and forty seven minutes on the phone with them and still will not replace it. they have done the review they wanted but just keeping telling me they need this and that. so I provide what they request then a day the call and Oh we need this also. for over a month they have done this. SO MUCH FOR ONE CALL RESOLUTION STATEMENT.
