Vonage - Billing for no service

DETROIT, MICHIGAN -- I had my phone ported from Vonage to xfinity on 4/21/12, Vonage billed me on 5/07/12. When I called they said that xfinity didn't send tem paperwork for the porting, so they won't give me a refund. Their customer service is terible and you caan't get to a supervisor who can do anythin. Only somone in India who hardly speaks English
