Vonage - Billing for no service

DETROIT, MICHIGAN -- I had my phone ported from Vonage to xfinity on 4/21/12, Vonage billed me on 5/07/12. When I called they said that xfinity didn't send tem paperwork for the porting, so they won't give me a refund. Their customer service is terible and you caan't get to a supervisor who can do anythin. Only somone in India who hardly speaks English

Chances are you'll never find out if Vonage is telling the truth or not. All their call center will do is tell you what was put on their computer screen. You can file a complaint about this at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml
