Comcast Cable - Fraud

TAYLOR, MICHIGAN -- I have been with Comcast since August 2011. Every month they try to raise my cable bill by a few dollars. I have to call them each and every month and set them straight. What I don't understand is, my bill should never change, $75.76 is my standard bill. One month they sent me a bill for $100.00 I called they told me I had a service man come out to fix a problem. A service tech did stop and ask me for my name, I told him I just moved in. He turned around and walked away.
No service was preformed by him, this is pure fraud. This has been going on for sometime now if I never order anything my bill should never change. I'm filing a complaint with the state of Michigan attorney generals office.

I have Comcast cable and Internet and my bill is always the same each month, "Too damn high" but consistent except when January rolls around and like clockwork they raise their rates.
It would be nice if one year they decided to hold their rates. Not.

did they replace inside wiring? There is a charge for that. Did you have late fees, reconnect fees. ppv, promo expire? You have to read you statement!! Making a general complaint without knowing any facts is not worth much.

CableTV has really been taking a beating here lately, consider DirecTV - rated #1 service provider in the country.

DirecTV is also rated #1 in consumer complaints. I previously had Comcast and hated their service. I now have Verizon FIOS and I'm loving it!

As I've stated before Fred on other reviews I've been generally pleased with Comcast but they will play games with your monthly bill. One month there might have been an increase of nothing more than $2.00. You can leave it be or pick up the telephone and call them because if you don't that increase will stay forevermore. Then after that, there will be another increase a few months later for something else. Pick up the telephone and call them again. I'm not talking about an introductory special price, I'm speaking of an established customer. It does get old after a while.
