Orbitz.com - Charged for Something I Never Booked

Yesterday I browsed the Orbitz.com website to find a last-minute hotel at a good price. I thought I had found exactly what I was looking for and happily started to fill out the required fields with my contact info as well as my debit/credit card number, etc.. Before I clicked "book now", though, I decided to read the fine print and changed my mind. I simply closed the website and used another provider to book my hotel for a better price and clearer description of the room/stay. A little later that day I checked my bank account, just to find that ORBITZ had withdrawn almost $140!!
I called customer service right away and let them know that I never made the reservation and therefore also never received a confirmation email or anything to notify me that a reservation had been made. The lady was very nice, but said she couldn't help me and to wait 24hrs. She gave me the phone number of a different customer service and said to call them in 24hrs if the money hasn't been deposited back into my account by then and they would take care of the issue.
I did what she said, waited 24hrs and then called again, because -of course- nothing had happened. Once the nice (hard to understand) gentleman on the line finally understood my issue he told me that I had to wait 5 BUSINESS DAYS for the money to be transferred back into my account. Mind you, it should've never been taken out in the first place. RIDICULOUS! Never again. Don't. Ever. Book. With. Orbitz.
