T-Mobil - Poor Service

ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- I wanted to try out the Samsung Dart, it was the worst mistake I have ever made. The first one I had to send back because it didn't work so I sent it back. Then, they sent me another one and yep I had to send that one back also. I told them I did not want another Samsung Dart, but the insisted on sending me another one, and yep this one sucks also.

I spent a whole day trying to get it fixed and nothing helped. I have been a T-Mobil customer for 7 years and have been treated like crap. They lied to me telling me that I could get the Nokia Lumnia and when I went to the store they had no idea what I was talking about.

I'm a firm believer that my money will spend anywhere and I've told the people on my lines not to upgrade and we will be buying our my contract asap. Of course they probably don't care but if a lot of people complain or leave maybe they will treat their customers better.

From the way you describe their failure to send you a working product, you may as well assume they'd prefer you switch to another company.
