Airline Tickets - Complaint
I attempted to bid on a ticket for my wife to attend a family member's funeral. Well the system processed the information incorrectly- wrong dates on one transaction and wrong middle name on another transaction-when I looked at my bank statement there were at least 5 charges processed for the same ticket. A phone call was made to customer service-the representative was NASTY. I provided the confirmation number and all of the requested details. I was told that the problem would be corrected and taken off my charge card. I was also told that I would receive a phone call and a message would be sent to my E-mail address to note that the problem was corrected. Well I have not heard from Priceline - no phone call or e-mail as promised -Priceline representative LIED.
