PRESCOTT, ARIZONA -- We went to the Prescott, AZ Texas Roadhouse restaurant on 5/12/2012, arriving just 10 minutes after its opening time. My wife ordered the small cut prime rib and was told by the server that "we're all out of the small cut". 10 minutes after opening your doors you are out of one of the main items on the menu?? This is a Steak House...Right? The margarita that was ordered was so sweet..yes Sweet..that it made the consumer of this beverage ill later on in the evening.

I ordered the 8oz top sirloin with green beans as the side dish. The beans were obviously straight out of a can, no flavor and mushy in texture.

The overall dining experience was less than satisfactory.
We are limited in the number of steak houses in Prescott so our choices are somewhat restricted, but we will find another one. Texas Roadhouse will not be on our list, and you can take that to the bank.

Did you complain to the management? On the handful of occasions that TR has messed up stuff with us, the management was usually very accommodating and did what they could to make things right.

How could they be out of an item 10 minutes after opening? It did not come on the truck maybe?
