BILLERICA, MASSACHUSETTS -- I've been going to this Dunkins for so many years because its a very clean place and the crew are very friendly but it seems to change. On Friday I went to Dunkins and I order my usual stuff coffee and wrap I sat on the table to enjoy my cup of coffee and I took a bite on my wrap there was a paper inside of my wrap that totally grossed me out, its not the first times she's done that. And the manager didn't care at all he said I'm sorry and he started to laugh on his way to the sandwich station and talking to the girl. She made another wrap for me but I didn't even eat. I just go there for my coffee, only she's came up to me and apologized to me but what's the point of apologizing to me if she's started to laugh after.

What kind of paper? You mean the wrapper got rolled up in the wrap?

the apologies and the laughter rather seem to negate each other - but she did come over - laughter might have been embarrassment, they had just talked about the paper problem and wham it happened again etc....it made you feel bad, so the service was a bit lacking.
You do not state what paper it was: wrapper for sandwich, bag for filling etc. my response would be different depending on the paper involved.

When I get really embarrassed or scared I have a tendency to giggle. Maybe she was just embarrassed.

Hey me too- giggles and red hair!

Problem is the more scared I get the more I giggle, until it is a hysterical giggle.

Many people giggle or laugh when confronted with a bad situation. It is not conscious and they don't mean to do it. It is a nervous response they have no control over Do you also make fun of people who stutter?
