JESSUP, PENNSYLVANIA -- Two weeks ago I returned an order of socks that was not the ones I ordered. To date I have not heard a word about it. I have tried phoning them to no avail. The socks were mailed back with the address provided. They have my E-Mail address so it would have been very simple to let me know their intentions.

According to their web site, it takes 2 to 4 weeks for a refund or exchange. You still may get the right socks, but if you don't try calling their corporate headquarters at (201) 651-1000.
