Best Buy Geek Squad In Home Flat Screen Installation - Complete Nightmare.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA -- Right from the start I knew this was a HUGE mistake. They had me on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes just to schedule the installation. Once I finally talked to someone that didn't have an attitude, they told me nobody was available to install my TV until two weeks after delivery. I was very unsatisfied, so I asked to have my money refunded and I would install the TV myself. The phone mysteriously hung up on me and so I had to call back. Another 45 minutes on hold and another call center operator with an attitude got on the phone and took an hour and 10 minutes to figure out how to refund my money. A month later still no credit back..

OMG this has to be the most pathetic example of poor customer service that I have heard of. No way would I have tolerated these extended wait times. HELLO?? You are a customer that deserves priority service!! I hope you put this on a C.C. where the charge can be disputed and refunded. These toads don't deserve your business.

Unacceptbale on BBY's end. I would enquire with your bank/credt card company about doing a charge back.
