WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA -- On 5/14/12 I took my Kia to their service department for a problem. I was later called by a Kia Representative that he will coordinate the problem and get back to me. As of today no response from Kia or the dealer

Maybe give them a day or two more and see if they respond. You're probably going to have to keep after them, though. You might try giving their corporate headquarters a call in Irvine, CA, at 1-949-468-4800 and see if that speeds a response up.
