Lowe's Complaint - No Callback, No Business For Lowes
HOSUTON, TEXAS -- I made an appointment at the 9640 Old Katy Road in Houston to have a Pergo installation measurement. The Kitchen Cabinets consultant was friendly enough to help me because the actual flooring guy never offered (he just stared at me) and told the cabinet consultant he was going out for a smoke when he could clearly see the cabinet guy was helping me with my Pergo questions. I had picked out the Pergo I wanted to have installed and the consultant told me if Lowe's did not contact me by the following Tuesday to schedule a measurement to give them a call back.
Now why should I have to call Lowe's BACK in the first place? Great way to do business guys. I'm supposed to hunt your company down so I can spend money on your business?
Of course, Lowe's never called me to schedule, so I went with a private contractor to complete my project.
$9,000 worth of business Lowe's lost because the company cannot seem to follow up on business. And the $500 in gift cards I bought at Home Depot for Christmas gifts, which I surely would've bought at Lowe's.
Fortunately, two co-workers are having flooring installed as well and I assured them Lowe's is not the place to go. Lowe's obviously doesn't care about its customers as my review and other reviews can attest.
Guess Lowes should get a clue about how negative word travels fast. I'll make sure anyone who is considering using them will think twice.
