Dillards Inc. - The Worst Employment EVER!!!!

ALBANY, GEORGIA -- I have to say Dillard's in Albany Ga is by far the worst job I ever had...The management is horrible...The Men's Department Manager calls African American Men Dope Boys (how racist) the Assistant Manager doesn't know a thing about any products in the store; all she knows is credit goals in which the store doesn't meet them nor is she ever on the floor to promote any...It's favoritism throughout the store. The men are pervs...and it's too much racism and not just with color. The managers have poor customer service, they think every Black Male is a thief but it be the opposite...They need a New Management Staff ASAP Corporate must do better with their hiring process...a person who never worked a day in retail is chosen to be an assistant manager of the store really!!!!!

Everyone has a bone to pick with ex-places of work. This is not really a review, but a rant. How was YOUR job affected by these people you mentioned?
