I was promised 1200 free minutes w/ purchase of phone. was instructed to call Wireless, enter my QVC order # and zip code. I did this and was told my # is not on file. of course, you never get to speak with a human being-every choice you are given connects you with another automated message. it's impossible to speak with a human being there. they give you the choice of being sent to a c/s representative but before they do they require you to enter your QVC order # which of course is not on file. I've never been more frustrated in my life and will be returning the phone. I hope to never have to deal with this company agin, ever.
