Verizon Wireless - One majorly ticked off customer
Worst customer service and products EVER!! - Complaint
ROANOKE RAPIDS, NORTH CAROLINA -- I went to the Verizon store to speak with one of their techs about my cell phone because I was having problems using my SD card slot. The little slot area that you insert the card into wouldn't stay closed, so I asked them if they could do something about it or if they could see why it was doing that. They literally "refused" to do any thing about it. They were totally rude and so disrespectful to me. I asked if I could speak with the manager of the store and the other associates there said that the manager was currently not at the store at the time.
I also went in there a previous time before about my phone bill because I have their prepaid service and I bought the phone from Walmart. It's a Samsung Intensity II and they said that my phone bill was a freaking $250 at one point recently when I went in there. I was like what the heck? They literally screwed me over and I still refuse to pay it. I am currently without a cell phone at the moment because I can't afford to get another one since they ruined my credit score with that huge over load on the price. I am so not ever buying a phone or plan from them ever again.
If anyone wants to get a phone service from Verizon, please think twice before jumping into the devil's hole of Verizon's wrath. Seems like they have the worst service of any company I have ever been with.
