I would like to thank Mike Chuahutle, Easy Tech Associate @ the Seacliff Center in Huntington Beach, California for his fabulous customer service. He went beyond the call of duty to restore my computer that had crashed. He was very patient, asked the right questions, and dug deep enough to get to the heart of the problem when others would have given up. You are lucky to have such an outstanding employee.

Most of us take time to COMPLAIN, but fewer of us offer COMMENDATIONS. My appreciation is for Micah at Staples Store #1872 in Houston, TX. Her attitude and follow-through were awesome, despite my small order. This was an item I needed but could not find in stock at Staples stores in my area. With a POLITE, friendly attitude, Micah visually verified the item at her store and then placed the item with a note on her Manager's desk indicating my pick date...just as she said she would. This kind of service used to be common place but it is more of a rarity these days. Micah's service was outstanding, and I trust management will recognize her in a special way.

I had the best customer service EVER!!! Joshua S. at the Staples store in Apple Valley MN. He was very knowledgable in his field printing and design, he gave me some great ideas about my project that I didnt get form Max or Deopt and for that I will always come to Joshua at Staples. :D

Although there was a great deal of miscommunication involved, I want to compliment Jesse at the computer desk in your Washington, PA store. I walked in there with a chip on my shoulder to ask for my computer back along with a refund, but he fully explained the situation calmly and offered the help that I needed. Turns out the last "computer guy" I spoke to was full of beans (different store). Jesse not only knows his stuff but knows how to deal with people, too. I thanked and acknowledged him in the store but feel he also deserves a higher honor here. My computer is back up and running, and all is well. Great job, Jesse, and thanks!

I went into Staples to have resumes printed out. Looking for a job is bad enough, but when Rhonda caught a couple of mistakes and fixed them for me, I was thrilled. She took the extra time to make sure my resumes were professional, and looked great. She is now the only one I will have print my resumes, and I am printing alot of them. Kudos to you Rhonda for customer service above and beyond the call of duty, and kudos to staples store # 1388 in Kingman AZ for hiring Rhonda. Your forever customer, Dana Hatfield

I purchased a new computer at the Staples
#1666, in Watertown,CT , around Memorial Day of this year.
Due to the very capable assistance of Senior Tech, Eric Schulte,my experience was a very positive one.
He came out to our home and set up the computer so that I could begin working with it immediately.I must say he had quite a bit of patience because he had to interface with
our provider's tech support personnel(AT and T),which wasn't an easy task.
I've dealt with Eric many times in the past seeking advice about computer issues,and post tune-up recommendations.This store is fortunate to have him on staff. He is one of the reasons I continue to be a Staples customers.All in all the entire staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

Michael Olivo is a great new addition to the Springfield, NJ Route 22 store. He is absolutely everything you would want an Assistant MGR to be - polite, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, etc. He is an "asset" that should be appreciated - as in recognized/promoted for his people skills and professionalism -especially with the chronic turnover of staff. Knowing he is at the store to help will continue to make my trips to this Staples location a given. He clearly made today a FIVE STAR shopping experience!

I WENT TO STORE # 1180 IN SENECA SC TO PURCHASE A LAPTOP. THEY WERE OUT OF THE ONE I WANTED. DONNA COMBS WENT BEYOND CALL OF DUTY TO HELP ME FIND THE LAPTOP I WANTED FROM ANOTHER STORE. I WISH TO THANK HER FOR EXTRA EFFORT.

During the holidays I visited the copy center several times to print calendars and several other jobs. Akim of the Crestview , Florida store was so helpful and went out of his way to always help....Thanks for the great service...

Please make note, Staples Store #1009 Angola, IN (Gabriel Pike) was awesome to work with and very helpful, in our need of help. Our first mistake don't buy from Best Buy they have no customer service and will not stand behind what they sell BEWARE! We took our computer to Staples and received the best customer service we have seen in a long time. A big Thank You to Gabriel Pike

I have 2 comments about the great service provided by the Staples Store in Manhattan, Kansas: Credit should be given to the manager, Lee Overly. He is always visible in the store, has a winning smile, great personality and is very helpful. The store employees like working for Lee and display many of the same qualities of their manager. I somewhat reluctantly paid for a home installation service and was helped by Austin Thorne. Austin was both a technician and teacher. He was persistent in solving my problems and even returned later to ensure that I was comfortable with my new computer. I am happy that I trade at Staples and having Austin assist me is an added bonus.

i recently bought a new printer and recycled an old one with the help of rob johnson at the rockland maine store 1291 he was competent, knowledgable, helpful altogether excellent service

I wanted you to know that Zach Levan from the Harrisonburg store came out to set up my new Windows 8.1 system. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he told me that I had more routers than I needed and took the one I had just purchased back because my carrier already provided one. He hooked my router up so I would get better reception (none of this was what he was there to do but since I am not knowledgeable about these things, he took the time to help me.) He then set up my new Windows system, got all my systems working: Email, printer I Tunes, and then he sat down and showed me how it all worked. He was excellent. Thank you to Zach and I hope this compliment goes a long way for him.
