Try contacting Bloomex's corporate office about this (4095 Belgreen Drive, Unit#8, Ottawa, ON K1G 3N2) by calling either (613) 228-7673 or 1-888-912-5666.

I had similar problems. You should call their president. His name is Dimitri Lokhonia and his direct number is 416-565-7089

I checked 416 number- it is a private cell phone registered under Dimitri Lokhonia name. I do not believe it is legal to call on private number on business issues. I would rather call CS line in off time to talk quetly about issues. Bloomex does quite a volume, fo sure they have a right people to take care about your issue. I am sure as well, since they do that order volume, majority of customers are very happy. In my case I talked to them in the afternoon after the holiday and we were able to come to great terms. My advice: be nice to people and you will get the same in return

The post by "Johnny" is very similar to other positive posts I've seen regarding Bloomex. There's a practice that some companies engage in called "Review Marketing" which is basically where they write positive reviews of their own product to counteract negative comments. I suspect this practice is being utilized. Just check the BBB and CBC's Marketplace. You'll get all the legitimate information you need there.
