SILVER CITY, NEW MEXICO -- An employee at this particular Wal Mart is very rude and condescending. I first had a problem with her as a checkout. She was not pleasant in the beginning and she let my potato chips fall off the bagging carousal and onto the floor - with no apology. My most recent situation occurred at the pharmacy. (Obviously she had been relocated) Again she was rude and I told her she needed an attitude change. She should not be working with the public, especially Senior citizens. This particular employee's name is Lupe.
I intend to submit a complaint to the manager of the store also.

Thank you.

If Lupe was recently relocated, as you surmise, maybe she is still becoming familiar with the pharmacy?

WallsMart's employees aren't noted for their stellar interaction at checkout, so the lack of a comment when dropping a bag of potato chips doesn't shock me.

However, rudeness to the customer isn't appropriate. How was Lupe rude at the pharmacy?

How was the cashier rude? To be perfectly honest I prefer when the cashiers don't chat it up with me it usually slows them down and I just want to make my purchase and leave. I'm fine with a hello and goodbye when I checkout.

As long as the cashier is doing their job of checking out your items that's all it matters. They don't need to be too chatty while doing their job.
