General Motors - Is anyone else having problems with their gm card since it was switched to Capital one?
I have been sent new cards, but neither the new or the old work. The charges are rejected and when I call they say they couldn't find any problem, try it again. Now they say they think my request is fraudulent. I retired in 95, but they wanted my work phone number to verify who I was. Got "very confused" because I didn't have the card with me on a trip after it was rejected twice. Couldn't get me a supervisor, couldn't get me a person in the United States, couldn't give me a number for GM, etc. Looks like GM will be on its way to another bankruptcy unless they start acting like they care about their customers. I have three GM cars, but they are my last ones. Is this GM or Capital One causing the problem? Is anyone else having a problem with them?
