Dish TV - Least helpful

NEW YORK -- Having dealt with Dish Network as a loyal and faithful customer
in the past several weeks I have found that they really do not
meet my expectations. the other day I had a black and gray line around the
screen of my TV and spent 45 minutes with their techs who then told me it
was my Samsung. when I went to my friends house he had the same problem
so it was not my TV. I find this unacceptable and when I spoke with them tonight thay kept me on hold for 30 minutes
they are trustworthy and unreliable and they tell us that the conversations re recorded so are theirs on my end
i would strongly recommend that people steer clear of this company
when a company believes that it is more powerful then the customer
there will come a time that enough harm comes from that attitude

If the lines box in the picture, it indicates either the program is being broadcast in SD, not HD, letterbox, or that the setting may have been changed from 16:9 to 4:3. Check both the tv and receiver to make sure the setting are correct.
