If the cops won't do anything it's probably because what you're asking is out of their jurisdiction.

remember, police cannot always get involved unless there's an actual law being broken.
Had a woman call 911 on us cos we wouldn't let her exchange her computer 3 months after the return policy expired. abuse of 911 cos it's not an emergency and we'd broken no laws in telling her "no".

Short of an actual crime committed by a customer or staff member, not a doggone thing, FoDaddy19.
Some people have a very stunted perception of just what law enforcement is and what it's supposed to do. Customer service for a restaurant isn't one of them.

mike - exactly. that's why many people are being charged with abuse of the emergency system.
not being happy with your service is not a police matter. it's a civil matter.
