Verizon Cable - Kicking the Horse When It's Down, Doing Business With a Heart, Nasty Company With Whom to Do Business.
Owner of Verizon for over 9 years - Complaint
PALM HARBOR, FLORIDA -- My son, Patrick [snip], 46 years old, lost his home, then his job because he wouldn't transfer to Calif. All of those years he paid his bill on time, even through the 2 yrs unemployed, but now has has cataracts in both eyes and in dire need of surgery. The State of Florida is attempting to find a company that will donate their services to him. Today I gave him $99.00 to pay for his last usage of his television and your people are pushing him around, with all his worries, and threatening him with having to pay $200.00 for early termination. You won't get it. He has no home, lives with his girl temporarily and sometimes with us, his parents.
He's on food stamps and has never been without a high paying job since 1985. All gone and I'm not going to stand by and allow you to harass him and threaten him about cancelling/early termination. His girl has Brighthouse and I would never want to be in a position of having to do business with your organization. I want this stopped and I want someone who has more clout than those 'customer service operators' so-called to confirm that you will leave our son alone.
He's worried about me and my cancer surgery which is aggressive, his eyes and his future. Please, in the name of God do not torture him anymore than he is already. Mr. Seaton [snip], deespiano@tampabay. rr. com
