Hotel reservations - Complaint
MARSHALL, TEXAS -- This is the most misleading company ever. They charged almost $25.00 more than the hotel would have charged me. The lady at the hotel told me this and she tells her customers not to use Priceline.com. They gave me my checkout receipt that showed the cheaper price, which she said I should have never saw the cheaper price. This was Best Western, so I advise not to stay at their hotels. I called the hotel before I booked with Priceline.com and ask could she match their price and she said no. The customer service at Priceline.com is awful. I spent well over 4 hours total trying to get some kind of credit for trouble I had with my rooms at the hotel. They just give you the run around and switching you from person to person. You never talk to the same person when you call back and they had every thing so screwed up. The bottom line is they were not going to help you and didn't care about the consumer and was very rude. They will rip you off and never look bad. I hope this helps someone in their future travel and wished I had seen this website before I used them.
