HANOVER, PENNSYLVANIA -- My daughter went to Duncan Donuts and paid for coffee with her Master Card. Later that same day on May 12, 2012 she received a phone call from the Bank Security Service stating that her card was used at a gas station in Canada for over two hundred US Dollars. Luckily, these charges were quickly blocked by the bank and her credit card cancelled immediately. Today, 23 May, my daughter went to a Pharmacy near the Duncan Donuts shop in Hanover, PA and overheard a customer complaining that she also had her card number stolen at the same Duncan Donuts shop my daughter went to, thus confirming that it was in fact stolen at that location. We will be informing local law enforcement, but wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of this situation if they live in Hanover PA. Use Cash Only!!!

You may want to report it to your credit card company and possibly the police. I am not sure this is conclusive evidence.

According to the review the credit card company is aware and the OP is going to notify the police. No, it is not conclusive evidence but it can very well be a piece of supporting evidence a bigger puzzle.

People in Hanover should take note.

Could be a crooked crew member at that Dunkin' Donuts shop that's stealing the CC numbers. You should never keep your credit card out of sight when dining at a restaurant...pay at the register if that's possible, or pay cash.

My girlfriend recently had her card compromised from people in Michigan, however we also live in the Hanover, Pa area. We noticed areas in which we swiped her credit card and they were at Hanover R/C Theater and Susquehanna bank in New Oxford. Though they may have taken time to do this since we were also customers of Dunkin Donuts on Eisenhower around that time frame. I remember the way they handled the credit cards in the drive through, it would have been easy for them to write down this information. Who ever these people are they generating credit cards and use them at self check out areas to purchase gift card. I believe they sell those gift cards online. Just an assumption from the stores we found them using. My friend also had this same issue.
