Resolution Update on 03/20/2013:
Once you add EMAIL delivery it's amazing how the MAILED PAPER versions seem to show up as well.
KAUFMAN, TX -- OK, so no one wants a bill, but dang, I want to be able to pay this bill without having to check their website monthly! I rarely EVER get a bill from them! It's the 24th, and I've not gotten a bill!

Before you say check with USPS, every other vendor we do business with gets their bill to us.. and and in enough time to get it paid.

With TVEC, sometimes the ONLY mail I get from them is their ever-so-subtle red colored DISCONNECTION NOTICE. This infuriates me to say the least.

And to top it off, their customer service will ignore any attempt to get hold of them via their site. Normal companies respond to emails within 24-48 hours.. but TVEC, TVEC will ignore you. NOT good business practice!

Kevin, this is a different sort of complaint! A utility company that doesn't send bills? I can see that it'd be a nuisance, particularly as you want to pay them. Have you tried dropping a complaint to the Texas Public Utility Board? http://www.puc.state.tx.us just click on "consumer".
