Sprint/Nextel - I Should Have Never Renewed My Contract
HIGH SPRINGS, FLORIDA -- I upgraded my Blackberry to an Iphone with me paying $200 for the phone I chose. I had to sign a new two year contract which I was told about. Then the bill came and WOW!!! There was $37 nobody ever said anything about. (bought it at BEST BUY) On top of that they added $10 a month for a data plan that I was already paying for even before I had the Blackberry. Now its &10 more a month on top of the data plan I have had for years.
I called the 1-800# to find out why my bill was so high. At 3:00 I got through to Natasha then at 3:30 Catherine the supervisor said she would call me back within 2 hours. AT 6:30 I called back and Sara put me through to her supervisor Jennifer to find out she would drop the $37 fee they charged my for renewing my 2 year contract. And found out it would be over $300 to get out of my contract!!!!!! I have been with Nextel over 10 years and only had 6 months left on my contract, think I could have made it that long with my Blackberry with the crack. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT/NEXTEL
