Dish Network - Horrible Customer Service even at death
Sattelite Service - Complaint
ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA -- My mom passed away in Feb. I called to cancel the service and explained that she passed away and we should not be charged from the date of death. They would not refund 2 months of fees. How insensitive is that ! ! !
I even offered to email them the death certificate but the lady said since I did not call earlier they couldn't refund the fees.
It's not like this was the first thing on my mind. Never do business with such an insensitive company ! ! !
