McDonalds Canada - Customer Complaints
SUDBURY -- I am writing to you in regards to your location in Val Caron, Ontario Canada. I had a very bad experience with your location this morning. Ever since you changed your coffee blend I could honestly say I enjoyed your coffee more than Tim Hortons but as of this day I am swithing back to Tims. Two reasons one is I purchased three no 3 meals with coffee. One was black and the other ones were mixed. The coffees that had cream and sugar the coffee did not taste as good as usual and I thought oh well until my wife made the comment that the coffee did not taste right so that's when I decided to tel. your location where I purchased them and that's when things compounded.
I asked to speak to the person in charge and the young ladie's name was Kyra. I began to explain to her that there was something about the coffee that was not right and I made the comment that it sort of tasted like it was old and her answer to that was to explain your procedure of cleaning out the pots and that was fine but what really tested me was her comment at the end saying in fact I am having a coffee right now and it taste ok for me. So now my blood is boiling just a bit so I decided to go back and meet her face to face and give her back the three coffees and telling she just pushed me back to Tims coffee without attempting to do anything to satisfy my complaint.
I sincerely believe you need someone to go in there from head office to teach them procedures and how to handle cutomer complaints.
