Xena Complaint - Extremely POOR Service and Business Operation
STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA -- Ordered Xena's 6th Season on VHS tapes on October 29,2001 for Daughters X-mas
gift-checked on order 2 weeks later and was told no record of order-so they re-ordered
it. Checked 2 weeks later and was told no record of order-both times I was giving a
confirmation number-the same #, re-ordered again on November 23,2001, giving same
confirmation number, told orders take 8-10 weeks to fill? When I called to check on my
order-person told me phone number I used to order from is not good. I've giving my
credit card # to 3 different people have no idea if I'm getting anything-Called 11-26-01
to see if order went thru and was told it takes 2 weeks to get it in the system???????
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
Let me know if order went thru--For them to use a system that works--maybe a computer!!!!!!!!!!!
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
