SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I am barred from having Insurance with USAA due what a USAA customer did without my knowledge. The customer was named Marcus [snip]. Marcus added me to his Insurance without my knowledge. At that time, I was not married to Marcus [snip], I was not his spouse, we did not live together, I had my own house and he had his own house. And Furthermore, I had my own auto insurance with a different company.
Years ago before Marcus was barred from USAA Insurance, I tried to get USAA Insurance but I could not get separate Insurance because I was on his Insurance as his spouse. I tried to get USAA to separate me from his account years ago but it was never accomplished. During that time, I said the same thing that I'm saying now. I was not married to Marcus [snip], I was not his spouse, we did not live together, I had my own house and he had his own house and I had my own insurance. I don't think it's fair that anyone can add another person to their insurance and call them their spouse which was not the case.
Now I can never get USAA Insurance Marcus is listed as committing fraud and I will always be associated with that which is very unfair. No one is listening to me. I want my name cleared from his account.

See if there is a base legal officer that can advise you on this. It may be that some sort of affidavit will address the problem, but it looks like something an attorney would need to help you with.

Actually, I wouldn't pay one red cent to an attorney or spend one minute in the base legal office to try to gain the alleged privilege of USAA insurance! Let their intransigence on this issue already be a warning to you. There are other insurance companies out there with similarly low rates, better service, and more worthy of your custom.
