Sprint/Nextel Complaint - Service by Signal Holdings for insurance
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA -- My phone was lost or stolen and I called nextel they then gave me the number to there insurance provider signal. I was treated like I was unimportant and I was told to fax a proof of loss form in, I recieved the paper five days later and then faxed it back with all the correct infomation; I then wait for two more ays for my phone but, no phone. I call to check on my phone, and they tell me I was suppose to write down a different make and model, I asked what model would that be and they stated a i95, I then explained to her that the only phone I have ever had was a i90c and I had it for years, she then told me I needed to correct the form with the right model, and like I told her that is the wrong make or model so am I suppose to lie, and she stated YES. Not only does this anger me I have a contract with nextel for 14 more months but, after this incident I will be looking for a better provider that just doesn't hire employees to just fill a desk.
