Family Plan 2 year Contract - Complaint
August 2011 was lured into renewing my service contract with Sprint for 2 more years. Offered as an added enticement free phone upgrades. I stated being on a fixed income and disabled I could not pay more than the $75 a month family plan I am currently paying. Was told by customer service not a problem whatsoever. So I verBally agreed. Now May 2012 my phone bill went up $12 a month. Several calls were made, several management levels all the way to Tim from Sprint at (913) 762-8318 informed me the special had ended. I informed Tim it wasn’t a special, it has been the price I was paying for 4 years. Tim told me basically I was screwed, nothing he would or could do and I am locked into this agreement for 2 years.
My suggestion to whoever reads this RUN!!!! Go somewhere else, they lie to you, treat you like garbage while they steal your money. Robbing a disabled people seems to be a fun game for Sprint.
