TROY, UTAH -- Well after spending several hours on the phone getting the card reader's working it was tax time. We called time and time again trying to get statement's to separate card type's and EBT's with NO JOY. The statements card information where all combined together. Making tax time a nightmare on a small business. So recently I requested statements at the beginning of the year and even this turned into an holding pattern on the phone. And I didn't believe it when I was reviewing the statement's they where another COMPANY"S. After that debating with the owner I called again for the statement's and can you believe it they sent the wrong statement; and went downhill in my book. I couldn't believe it! Still Can't!! What ever you do look else where!!! For you card processing, because the small print gets even smaller when Their mistake's cost you a small business owner. And here we are today call to cancel both our account's and they want more than a thousand dollar's to cancel. I do mean ever time I called them it was a wait and the simplest of tasks would end up costing me more time which equals $$$$ in anybody's books. Find another card processor or you'll be very sorry!!!!! And Disappointed. They'll of matter of course be apologetic yet that's nothing compared to the print smaller than their smallest print of all "THEIR CONTINUED MISTAKE'S WITH OUR REQUESTS"
