JENNIFER CONVERTIBLES - POOR DELIVERY AND SETUP

OAKLAND GARDENS, NEW YORK -- The delivery of my couch and love seat was delivered in December 2011 supposed to be between8-12 noon did not get here until 11:30pm Saturday night. did a piss poor job of putting couch together. It is now May 2012 and had to call for service and saw that they never yes never put the couch together properly. You pay for something and get nothing. the service that corrected the issue had worked extremely hard to make it correct. the quality of the wood frame is one of the cheapest I have seen.
I tried to call customer service the morning of the service call and all I got was 5 hang up calls with no answer then I was on hold for 13 minutes and finally the service person showed up. I can never get in touch with Jennifer's offices I had tried when I received my couch and emailed them to no avail. The company is very disappointing and would not recommend them to anyone again. I will go to other sources. The price for their product is not worth the aggravation.
