12330 NE MARX ST, OREGON -- Ordered ink cartridges and installed, printer stated low ink.
Called and spoke to Jeffrey. He stated the chip was not reset.
He was going to send out replacements.
That evening, I received an email stating:
I am sorry to hear that our cartridges are not working for your printer. Instead of sending the replacements, we would like to get the defective cartridges back and issue the refund to you. Later, I found out on my statement that I was not refunded my full refund.
I was told I had to pay shipping & handling charges to send back defective cartridges. I told him I'm not paying to send back defective cartridges. Then Jeffrey tried to start a childish debate that went like this: If you drove to a store and bought something, drove home and it didn't work, and drove back to the store to return it, would you expect the store to refund your gas money too? We don't refund for S&H, but we did refund the full price you paid for the cartridges. I told him I will initiate other options available to me. thanks
