Travelocity Is Horrible
Hotel Horrible Hotel Booking - Complaint
INTERNET -- My experience with Travelocity was horrific. I prepaid for the hotel. Travelocity's credit card, the one they provide to the hotel, was rejected. I had to stand at the front desk from 11pm to 130am until this was sorted out. First, I was on hold for an hour just to talk to someone in India who spoke poor English. I had to explain my problem 3 times to 2 people. Then, the customer service guy asked if I was satisfied! I said no, I would like to talk to a supervisor, but not tonight unless they were available right away. I was assured, the supervisor would pick right up I was put back on hold. No one picked up.
After another 26 minutes of listening to how important my call was, I hung up. Travelocity ruined my night, made me and family exhausted for the next day and treated me like garbage. I have contacted customer service numerous times by phone and e-mail and heard nothing back. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. I hope this review has been helpful.
