Dish Network - Billing
GODDARD, KANSAS -- I had hail damage to my roof and because the roofers removed the dish and did not replace it I was charged for the new installation. When I asked for an itemized receipt to file with my insurance company. It took me 3 months and for a resolution. In the meantime I disputed the charge with my credit card company who clawed back the charges. Then Dishnet refused to accept regular payment from my credit card and demanded I pay from my bank account. I am still having problems with my account a year later. Don't bother with their chat people they aren't allowed to do anything except take payment over the phone for a %5 fee.
