Singer Lazer Storm - Igia Complaint - Ripped off and refusal of to send product

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I Ordered a vaccuum on May 30th; My bank account was deducted for the 78.35. I was told from June 29 until Nov. 1st to wait and then my product will be delivered. Never came. I called all the numbers given never talked with anyone. I found a number for the corporate office @ (212)575-0500 and I was promised on Sept. 2nd and on Nov. 1st a refund I was told to wait and that I wasn't being lied to about promises made for refund. I need help on trying to resolve this. To the person @XXXXeemj@aol.com with email on Nov. 8th I am interested in filing a suit let me know how it goes for you.

To anyone eles interested I found on the www.singerco.com/ a consumer alert as of September 28, 2005. Very interesting.

Ordered and paid for this in August.
No Product,no refund.
It appears there must be a decline in sewing sales so it was best to steal people's money.
With any luck the IRS will pin someone for embezzling some scratch out of this fiasco.
