Poor Service - Complaint
PARKER, COLORADO -- I was very excited when I transferred my service from another carrier to T-Mobile. And I had excellent coverage and service, so I added more lines. I added my mom. I added my family. Then the coverage diminishes. And calls drop. Even when I am not moving. I call customer service - they tell me they are making improvements. The calls continue to drop. Sometimes, 3 and 4 times per call. I call customer service. They tell me they are still making improvements. My partner is a healthcare provider. She needs reliable phone service. Critical calls drop multiple times per call. I call customer service. They can offer me no help. I drop one line - to transfer that number to another carrier, and pay the $200 fee. T-Mobile makes no concessions, offers no solutions. Just tells me that I am tied to my contract for another 18 months, or pay $800. What a deal. I pay almost $200/month for substandard service, and am stuck for 18 months. What a great company. I tell all my friends and associates to never sign up with T-Mobile. You'll get better service with 2 dixie cups and a string.
