My3cents.com - No Response
Access to My3cents password
It is impossible to join My3cents. When I try to join they say my e-mail is in their system and asks me if I want my password sent to my e-mail address. I have never received a password when I first tried to join or when I try to get password sent to me. No e-mail ever arrives. I have My3cents in my folder so that it will accept your e-mail. I have also posted in the past trying to rectify this problem but have never received any help. You must have some type of glitch in your system or you do not want new members. I would appreciate someone responding to me unlike my last post.

I agree it must be a glitch. They do seem to have a 'password set/reset' problem. I had it until just recently and I know others who are having that same problem. Hang in there...

Same thing happened to me twice. I finally gave up.
I still read and occasionally use the "or Add a Comment without Registering" function.

I assume that you tried going to the Login page, and then clicking the "forgot password" link? I just did this yesterday, put my email address in, and within 2 minutes got an email with my password.

I don't understand this complaint at all. abuchheit581 says he/she can't join the site, yet wrote this review as a member, and has been one since at least January. People join this site and write reviews everyday.

Rereading the complaint, could it be the OP has access to the site because their (unknown) password is stored in their cookies? In other words, they want to change it, but don't have the current one?
As I wrote above, I got my password sent to me immediately. Maybe that isn't happening for all users.
