Jet Blue - They Charged My Account Three Times and I Cant Get My Money Transfered Back to My Debit Card

ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- Their computers were down. I booked a flight and they took my money from my debit card 3 times. The bank said they took it and gave us the right paper work 3 months later. Still do not have my money back. They claim they don't have it. So I will neverse them again and never use a debit card with them.

I am not sure why this was unable to be resolved, HOWEVER, the lesson for me is to not use a debit card for anything except ATM transactions and maybe store purchases. Unlike with a credit card, your money is {poof} gone and very hard to get back.
