BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a Huawei M835 three weeks ago from the store and in the first week it had reached it's 200 text message limit and started to reject incoming text. So I called customer service they couldn't fix it from over the phone I had to take into the store. They couldn't fix it so they said they would replace the phone but didn't have it in the store. I had to wait 3 days for to get there. I had to reset my phone every other day to receive text messages. When the phone did arrive to the store it was gonna be 10 dollars fee for the new phone. There was no way I was going to pay the 10 dollars because I didn't break the phone. They had not told me that in the beginning and I want my phone back, they refused my phone back because they already done the transaction.
