Delta Airlines - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- After being a loyal Delta Skymiles member and spending thousands of dollars in flights, I will no longer be flying with them.
I was on the phone with customer service and spoke with an agent who did not understand the flight change I wanted to make. I was very calm and patient and very nicely asked if I could speak to a different agent. After being told that I couldn't speak to another agent, I asked to then speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was a very rude man who was blatantly rude and short with me as soon as he got on the phone. I apologized saying that I wasn't trying to be difficult or get anyone in trouble but that I wanted to use my $4000 flight credit and make a change. After being on hold for over half an hour and being transferred to the supervisor, he told me that he couldn't search for flights and that I had to call the 800 number again to speak to another agent (hence another 15+ minute wait and wasting my time being transferred to a supervisor who was not only RUDE but also couldn't actually HELP customers).
Delta has no customer service. It's enough to deter me from ever flying with them again.
