WearEver Cookware/Groupe SEB - WearEver 12" Aluminum Non-stick Skillet w/Glass Lid
MILLVILLE, NEW JERSEY -- (Pittsburgh, PA) I've been using a WearEver 12" skillet now for about a year and have found it to be sturdy, easy to clean and very even in it's heat distribution. The dimensions, 12" X 3" with a square corner that make it excellent for sauteing large amounts of vegetables, simmering one-pot meals/small haunches of meat or simply frying whatever I decide needs frying. I can't remember where I got it, but I do know it was in the $25-$30 range (and worth every penny). Over a years time of frequent use, it has lost none of it's non-stick surface, it's finish has remained unblemished and the handles have not loosened to any degree. I keep this skillet handy along with my regular 10" T-Fal (both T-Fal and WearEver are part of the Groupe SEB consortium/corporation of small domestic products) frying pan for most of my non-baking cooking. I have found this to be an excellent cooking product and expect to be using it for some years to come. My wife likes it, too, but not necessarily for cooking. It is, as I've mentioned, quite sturdy.
