BLOOMFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- I bought a new phone from metro a month ago! ! New is what I thought...The first 4 days the screen went blank and was not able to use it...In two weeks of having my phone I was at the metro store 4 times, they messed with it and send me home...Then with in a day or so more problems, freezing up or not charging, at one point I couldn't make any calls...So after 180.00$ for a phone plus activating it last month and for this month and it only worked maybe 15 days......back to the metro PCS main store tomorrow...im very unhappy...they robbed me too.
