Hewlett Packard - Poor customer service, difficult to communicate with and they do not care!!

ROSCOE, ILLINOIS -- My All in One has two problems...poor connection to my wireless network (two other computers at the same spot worked fine in the last 8 years), and an intermittant vibration. Customer service told me it was because it was a bigger computer than the laptops, the smaller computers are faster. Then they told me it was too bad for me (not in those words) if the router was more than 11 feet away. Then he wanted me to lie to his supervisor and say I contacted my internet provider a month ago and it was not the problem. When I spoke to the supervisor, she did not want to approve an option to send it back, even though it was under warranty, just purchsed and not used for a couple of months. I had to tell her that I would get my problem resolved in another way. Then she reluctantly approved it to be sent back. My guess is it will come back with the same problems and there is no one in the US for me to speak to. I will not buy an HP again.
