Abi Graphics - Have Businesses Completely Forgotten Customer Service?
Pricing - Complaint
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- My Husband and I went into Abi Graphics. We saw the owner at the bank and he said he would be in the store promptly. Meanwhile, my 3 1/2 year old son asked us to please not go to Abi, "because he is not nice to us".
We walked inside and I strictly asked my son to sit down in the stroller and not move because Abi could fly off the handle if he touched anything. The entrance bell kept ringing on and off even if you are 5 ft in the store. Abi begins to tell us rules before we even proceed. My husband insists that the entrace bell just is driving him crazy.
Then Abi leaves the front desk and says to let him know when we are ready. My husband calls Abi's name, because he has a question. Instead of coming out, happy to help, Abi starts screaming at my husband, and tells him he doesn't want to help him. Furthermore, he tells my husband that he (Abi) is not a Mexican, and that my husband doesn't run his business. What kind of remark is that to make at a place of business or otherwise.
Then when we explain we really need his help he says,"let me invite you to leave, I don't need your stress". It seems like he was stressed not us...
He explained to us on a previous visit that business for him was not very good. When asked why, he explained that Staples gives coupons and he can't compete. What Staples gives is great customer service...something he is oblivious to. We were very disappointed and believe we should be given an apology. His wife once gave us some hand-me-down clothes from her children. Maybe he thinks we owe him something. He owes us an apology, not just for the clothes that caused a rash, but for his terrible attitude.
